Morning Flow

Start your day with intention.

Morning Flow combines breath, movement, and mindful strength to wake up the body and bring you into the present moment. Expect a steady, energizing practice that leaves you feeling warm, grounded, and ready for whatever the day brings.

Flow

Move with your breath.

Flow is a continuous, breath-led practice that links postures together through movement. We explore strength, mobility, balance, and awareness while allowing the breath to set the pace.

A practice that can meet you where you are—and grow with you.

Evening Flow

Leave a little of the day behind.

Evening Flow offers time to move, breathe, and reconnect after a full day. Through flowing sequences, mindful movement, and moments to slow down, the practice helps transition you from the energy of the day toward a more settled evening.

Yin

Slow down. Stay awhile.

Yin is a quiet, contemplative practice built around longer-held postures, mostly on the floor. Rather than moving from one shape to the next, we stay, listen, and allow the body time to respond.

It is a practice of patience, awareness, and softening—and sometimes, of discovering that stillness can be its own kind of strength.

Kids Yoga

Move. Play. Breathe. Grow.

Kids Yoga gives children a playful way to discover yoga through movement, games, imagination, breath, and moments of stillness.

Along the way, children can develop body awareness, balance, confidence, and a greater sense of connection with themselves and the people around them.

Separate classes are offered for different age groups, with activities and practices suited to each stage of development.

Ages 3*/4–8
Children ages 4–8 are welcome in the younger group. Eight-year-olds may also choose the older group, depending on where they feel most comfortable.

Ages 8–12
Ages 8–12 explore yoga through movement, balance, strength, breath, and mindfulness in a way that encourages independence and self-awareness.

*For Three Year Olds *
Three-year-olds may join the younger group if they are able to follow simple instructions and participate in brief moments of quiet—around 30 seconds. This can be a helpful guide for parents when deciding whether their child is ready.

A guardian sign-off is required before a child’s first class.
